Method of payment:

2) The balance on arrival.
3)On arrival a security deposit of € 100.00 is payable against any damage caused, and will be returned on departure.

Condizioni generali:
1)Discounts for periods of more than 2 weeks and for groups of more than 8 people.
Short periods of a minimum of two days can be booked for the low and mid season. Last Minute offers are available from time to time with price discounts; these offers are on the homepage.
2) The prices include:
- linens for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.
- final cleaning of house on departure.
- electricity, water and cooking gas consumption.

3) The prices do not include:
- change of linen on request during the stay (additional cost of € 3.00 per type).
- housekeeping on request during the stay (€ 20.00 per apartment).
- heating is metered.
- a cot is an additional € 7.00 per day.

5)Cancellation penalties:
- from 60 to 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the advance
- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 70% of the advance
- during the last 15 days before arrival: 100% of the advance.
